All classes are inclusive, for both beginners and advanced trainers. Every class is run by a professional to ensure you have a fun and beneficial class. You will always have a fantastic athletic and health focused session , helping you to a achieve your goal whilst training to some great music!

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

​It an easy process to book a class with QGYM, we have options for both members and non-members. If you are a non-member, you can simply book on the day by walking in or ringing the gym in advance. If you are a member, you can log in directly on our website under the 'member log in' button. Once logged in you can then book yourself onto any classes that take your fancy. As members you can book unto a week in advance. Even better as a member you can download the member log in app, which you can make it even easier to book classes. Click the link to find the mobile app:

WHAT TO WEAR?

We want all of our members and no-members to feel comfortable and confident. Therefore we do not have any strict policy around clothing. We suggest the best types of clothing are comfortable, breathable and freely moveable clothing. As long as you have your water, as well a towel for whilst your training. Do not worry if you are struggling to find options or clothing, at the gym we sell a wide range of options and can help give you any advice you need around the classes.
